Why are my changes not showing in emails?
If you made changes in the editor but they do not appear in your Shopify notification emails, try these steps in order:
- Wait 10 seconds — Changes take a few seconds to reach Shopify
- Hard refresh the preview — in Shopify Notifications, press Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac)
- Check if you need to re-export — structural changes (adding/removing sections, switching preset) require a new export
- Send a real test order — Shopify's preview can be cached. A real order always shows the latest state.
